1.)Delivery Policy

We’ll make every effort to ensure that your goods arrive on time, the buyer should ensure that the receiving address, the consignee and the receiving call (mobile phone) are accurate, we can not be responsible for the incorrect delivery address information, and do not bear due to the buyer to provide the wrong message the risk of responsibility.

2.)Return/ Refund policies

We strive to provide you with the highest quality acoustic products. All Soundbox products are 100% guaranteed (custom items can not be returned).

If you are not satisfied with the product, you can return the goods within 7 days for a full refund (excluding customized products).

We require customers to pay for roundtrip shipping – the cost to send products to you and the cost to ship returns back to us. The entire purchase price of the products (excluding shipping) will be refunded as soon as we receive the product. All returns only allow in the good condition (complete packaging) without affecting the second sale. We want every customer to be happy with our products and our customer service.

Colour statement: different batches of products may appear colour differences, in order to avoid the occurrence of colour, please order accordingly to your quantity in the same project.


3.)Cancellation policy

Customers are free to cancel their order before the goods send out from our factory with no penalty of any kind. Please email or logon to contact our customer service in the live chat session and have your name, order number and the date of the order ready. We’ll take care of it right away.
